Halifax Regional Centre for Education

There will be an election held for TWO director seats representing the Halifax Regional Centre for Education. The following three candidates are standing for election:

• CORBETT, Michael
• GORMAN-TOLLIVER, Cheyanne
• MCGOWAN, Trevor

Only HRCE members are eligible to vote. Members will vote for TWO candidates.

Early in the week PSAANS members in the HRCE will receive a voter information form from Intelivote Systems Inc. containing an individualized personal identification number. 

Strait Regional Centre for Education

There will be an election held for ONE director seat representing the Strait Regional Centre for Education. The following two candidates are standing for election:

• SAMPSON, Tanya
• VAN DEN HEUVEL, Brian

Candidate information is posted below and will remain active until the close of voting.

Early in the week PSAANS members in the SRCE will receive a voter information form from Intelivote Systems Inc. containing an individualized personal identification number. 

Only SSRCE members are eligible to vote.

• Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education: (1 seat) – Danielle AuCoin

• Tri-County Regional Centre for Education: (1 seat) – Kevin Gobien

Notification of Appointments:

The Nominations and Elections Committee will meet to determine the appointments following the election. Results of the appointment process will be communicated to members on Friday, October 4, 2024.

Board of Director Ratification:

Ratification of the complete Board of Directors will be made by a regular motion at the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
