Dear PSAANS member,
Today is the last day for students and the 2022/2023 school year. On behalf of our Board of Directors, I want to thank you for all your efforts, in any role you serve, to support our students’ learning and well-being.
This was the first year since 2020 that we did not have to navigate COVID restrictions; however, the lasting impact of the pandemic continued to present challenges for students, school communities, and systems. In your role as a leader, you have helped public education rebound and with that same leadership, next year will see further recovery!
I wish to recognize that for many of us there are still some final duties to carry out, and for some system-level administrators, ongoing work this summer. When you have the opportunity, please take the time to relax with family and friends and recharge. Better days are ahead!
